We have around 10 large heavy panels that make up a sound booth. We need them moving from storage down 2 flights of stairs into our arts studio to be constructed. We do not need you to construct them. They will need manovering around corners and into doors as well as possibly taken out to a skip if needed.

Hi! We've got an up-coming house move (date yet to be finalised) and need a strong person to help us lift wardrobes, sofas, fridge and other heavy things into the van. My partner can help with the heavy lifting but I have a previous back injury so can't help with the heavy stuff.
