Heating and hot water not working properly. Boiler temperature shows between 35-45. Need someone/engineer to find the real problem and sort it.

The hot water keeps going cold halfway through a shower. It then heats up again but the boilers clearly not managing it right. It's a Worcester Greenstar 30i ErP condensing combi boiler.

My Grundfos Alpha 2L 15-60 130 pump. Does not turn on unless I turn on my hot water downstairs. When it eventually turns on it comes off and shows no sign off power. The pump not working is stopping my central heating from starting and running consistently. I also hear a constant buzzing from honewell diverter valve. I am happy to buy the relevant parts needed myself to sort my Central heating issue.

Loft is empty. I have the rolls of insulation also some kingspan sheets

Boiler condensate water is emptied into a condensate tank and pumped out through pipe via loft and out into roof and downpipe. The end pipe froze last year and we had to shut off our boiler until it defrosted. Clearly the condensate waste pipe can stay indoors and go directly into soil pipe below boiler in airing cupboard. So I need someone to simply this and direct the pipe into the soil pipe.

ECM barista. Turns on and heats up as normal, can make a coffee within first 20 minutes. Post then, machine doesn’t stop heating up, continues to heat until steam comes out the group head (rather than water) and the pump doesn’t activate. Orange ‘warm up light’ always on

My boiler system needs maintenance and my son has broken 4 plastic thermostatic valves.

Vaillant boiler not working, It shows F.75 error there may be a pressure leak issues or it just need servicing

Microwave not heating up but grill element is working

Bought an IKEA platsa cupboard frame which we wanted to use to cover the boiler but some work would be required to cut out where the wiring and thermostat box is so it would sit flush to the wall. It would then need attaching to the wall and adding the door hinges and cupboard door (supplied).

The A/C does not work. I assume it's just refill the gas but it may need to be serviced.

Id like all 8 thermostatic radiator valve heads changed into new ones. 3 knobs appears broken and I’d like them to be fixed too
