Hi, I need a handyman/carpenter to adjust a boiler cupboard opening. The right side of the frame is too wide and makes it hard to service the boiler (see photo). I’d like someone to: Cut/trim the right side neatly to improve access Make sure the finish is smooth and tidy Optionally add a trim/strip if needed to make it look clean Touch up with paint so it blends in Please bring your own tools and materials Looking to get this done soon—thanks!

Leaking water from the boiler

The boiler is leaking I need a qualified plumber to have a look

A skilled bricklayer / masonry repairer is needed to patch two exterior cavity walls, following having had a couple of old boilers inc. metal flues removed. The holes are over 3 metres up from the ground & located on the side + rear of the property. Requirements: - Remove any damaged bricks & preferably cut out to allow for proper bonding of new bricks. - Fit with matching bricks & fill up the hole to match existing mortar / brickwork as closely as possible. - External finish to match existing brickwork / mortar color (sand & cement mix) as closely as possible. - Materials can be sourced & supplied, providing these are made known inc. quantities beforehand.

Ive had a new boiker fitted which is smaller ,so its left a mess ,could do with boxing in or false sides putting on ,new coving need to be put on above where they have pulled it down ,pipes to the flu need to be accessible for servicing, thankyou
