The baxi boiler is working for heating function but not for hot water

I’m looking for a Gas Safe registered heating engineer to investigate a pressure problem with my dad’s Ideal Exclusive 30 boiler in Streetly, Sutton Coldfield. The pressure sometimes drops very low and at other times becomes too high. It has dropped when the central heating comes on. Photos are attached. Please diagnose the cause and provide a quote for the repair. Need to replace the cartridges for the boiler and change the light in the bath room

My Grundfos Alpha 2L 15-60 130 pump. Does not turn on unless I turn on my hot water downstairs. When it eventually turns on it comes off and shows no sign off power. The pump not working is stopping my central heating from starting and running consistently. I also hear a constant buzzing from honewell diverter valve. I am happy to buy the relevant parts needed myself to sort my Central heating issue.

Boiler condensate water is emptied into a condensate tank and pumped out through pipe via loft and out into roof and downpipe. The end pipe froze last year and we had to shut off our boiler until it defrosted. Clearly the condensate waste pipe can stay indoors and go directly into soil pipe below boiler in airing cupboard. So I need someone to simply this and direct the pipe into the soil pipe.

My boiler system needs maintenance and my son has broken 4 plastic thermostatic valves.

Vaillant boiler not working, It shows F.75 error there may be a pressure leak issues or it just need servicing

Bought an IKEA platsa cupboard frame which we wanted to use to cover the boiler but some work would be required to cut out where the wiring and thermostat box is so it would sit flush to the wall. It would then need attaching to the wall and adding the door hinges and cupboard door (supplied).

I have tried removing the heating element myself with a box wrench and a hammer but it won't come out. Seems pretty tightly in there

Hi, I have a Main 120L unvented hot water cylinder (manufactured Feb 2018). Water is leaking from the temperature & pressure relief valve (T&P/PRV) into the tundish. The system pressure is steady at 1.5 bar, so it’s not overpressurised

Hi, I’m having an issue with my boiler and heating system. The boiler keeps firing continuously for central heating, even when I turn the room thermostat down to a low temperature. However, when I switch the system to hot water only, the boiler stops normally. It seems like the heating is constantly calling for heat. I’m using a Danfoss wall thermostat/controller, and I suspect either the thermostat or the receiver might be faulty or stuck. Could you please come and take a look?

I need a kitchen end panel cut and fitted to neatly box in a boiler. I already have the panel and materials. Needs to be fitted in a way that still allows access to the boiler. Looking for someone with carpentry or joinery experience who can achieve a neat finish that aligns with the existing kitchen unit next to it. Own tools required.
