Hi, i, I’m looking for a Gas Safe registered engineer to come and check my boiler, please. I’m having an issue where the boiler appears to be switching on, but I’m not getting proper hot water from the taps, and none of my radiators are heating up either. I’ve tried adjusting the thermostat, but the issue is still there. I also have a hot water tank, so I’d like someone to inspect the boiler and heating system to identify what’s causing the problem and advise on the repair. I am looking for a Panasonic heat-pump/air-source heat-pump engineer to reset and diagnose the fault with my heating system. The system is a Panasonic heating system with a UK Cylinders Elite hot-water cylinder. The Panasonic controller is currently displaying: 'H20 – Pump error'. The hot water is working normally, but the central/space heating is currently not working. Separate service - The system is also due a service, but this can be arranged for a separate date. The priority for this visit is to diagnose and resolve the current H20 pump error/heating failure.
