The garage door has become stuck and will not open. The door has a key lock with a handle and in trying to unlock it the key broke off inside the lock. So we need to unlock the door and ensure the door closes again and does not get stuck again.

Old door wooden rotton, needs taking out. I've yet to order the new door upvc, but will need help installing it. Earlier quoted budget included price of new door. Now adjusted for just labour.

I’m looking for someone to remove and dispose of old wooden garage doors and brick up the opening to match the existing wall. Job details: Remove both old wooden garage doors (see photo). Dispose of the doors and any waste. Brick up the opening with bricks/blocks and mortar. Approximate opening size: around 2–2.5m wide and about 2m high (please confirm on inspection). On One side of my garage door the tension cable has snapped and needs fixing. It can open and close but needs the one side manually brought down to close it. The kit costs £25 on amazon, I will supply just need someone to fit it. It’s an up and over garage door

Garage twist handle has broken off of the original shaft and can't be refitted. Complete new handle unit needs to be supplied & fitted.

It’s lift and over door with counterbalance weights. One of the weights dropped and broke then door came of it’s sliding rails and got stuck. I had to remove it completely to access the garage. It needs a new counterweight, some riveting and repositioning in place.
