Garage door broke when opening (electric). Hinge on one side had broken. Managed to replace broken bolt with threaded bolt as temporary measure. Photos show broken park and temporary bolt in place. Can open and close door manually but it needs balancing, a proper fix for the broken bolt and back working with the electric door opener.

We’re looking for someone experienced in exterior painting to help prepare our metal garage door for a fresh coat of paint. The existing paint has started peeling in places, with some patches exposing the silver metal underneath. The main priority is thorough preparation, as we’re happy to complete the final painting ourselves. Work required: * Remove loose, peeling or flaking paint. * Sand and smooth the affected areas, blending the edges into the existing paintwork. * Lightly sand the remaining surface to ensure the new paint adheres properly. * Clean and prepare the entire door for repainting. * Apply a suitable primer to exposed metal where necessary. * Ideally apply the first coat of paint, depending on the agreed price. We can supply the paint and primer in our chosen colour, but would need you to bring your own sanding equipment and preparation tools. We’re flexible on dates and happy to share photos. Fix garage metal door hinges install new ones

We have the patio doors that were removed from the house. We want our garage door removed and the patio doors put in with white fascias around, built up.
