We are moving from our one-bed flat (first floor, no lift) to a two-bed flat (second floor, no lift) in the building next door. It would actually make sense to walk everything round as the only space for a van at the new property is at the back of the building and the new flat is at the front. There is off street parking at our current flat. I've included a rough inventory below. We are negotiable (e.g. movers do furniture and we do boxes to cut costs) but ideally we'd want our movers to do most if not all of it (including the dismantling and reconstruction of a bed if possible). There is also a pick-up of a double mattress and armchair at a property that is around 15-20 mins drive away. There is parking there also.
