Freezer not getting cold but power is coming up

Due to an injury I have not been able to defrost the two shelf freezer in our freestanding fridge freezer for one year. It’s still closes and works but the ice and Frost has built up significantly and requires somebody able (i.e. has two hands which I currently don’t have the use of.) to defrost and then gently clean with our cleaning materials to wipe up frozen spills etc. It cannot have boiling water or metallic tools or scrapers. We have extremely hard wooden and plastic tools that you are welcome to use.

Defrost my freezer. The door is currently frozen shut. Also the switch to turn it off is not immediately visible.

I need an engineer to visit my home to inspect my fridge freezer and provide a written report confirming that the appliance has not been abused, misused, or damaged through improper use. The report is required to show that the fridge freezer has been used normally and that any fault or issue is not due to neglect or misuse.

Existing Liebherr fridge freezer needs disconnecting from its water supply ahead of replacement. The appliance installers attended to replace the unit but would not disconnect the braided water hose as they were not comfortable confirming the line was fully isolated. The replacement appliance has therefore not been installed. Looking for a plumber to: 1. Confirm the water supply can be safely isolated and disconnect the fridge freezer water line. 2. Advise if there are any issues with the existing plumbing connection. 3. Tighten two loose bath tap controls while on site (minor job). The main water supply can be isolated easily and no water flows from any taps when it is turned off. Ideally looking for someone who can attend today or as soon as possible. I need an old fridge freezer removed and a new one installed. They are both American fridge style and are in a kitchen on the first floor of a townhouse.

I have a new integrated freezer and dishwasher that i need positioning and hooking up where the previous ones were. Also, the doors need to be fitted to the front of each unit. One door has been removed from the old appliance, the other door needs removing.

I’m trying to move the fridge/ freezer into the kitchen need to remove the door handles so that I can fit it through the kitchen door. It is a Beko fridge/ freezer. The model is ASDM241Z. There are no visible screws on the handles. There are caps but don’t want to damage the handles. Please only offer if you are able to help. Thanks

My fridge-freezer has stopped cooling entirely in both compartments, but the internal light still comes on so it has power.

Remove old integrated fridge / freezer and put in front garden for collection. install new. Test and confirm it’s working.

My integrated fridge freezer door is not closing properly. I think the runners have come loose or the fixing to the panel has come loose. I have a hinge repair kit in case it's the main door hinge that needs fixing - see pics.
