My fridge freezer has stopped working. Need someone to help fix if possible.

My integrated fridge freezer door is not closing properly. I think the runners have come loose or the fixing to the panel has come loose. I have a hinge repair kit in case it's the main door hinge that needs fixing - see pics.

Need the side that the fridge/freezer hinge is on, so it opens the other way. Screws difficult to access

Integrated freezer door has started sticking and not fully closing. May be an issue with the brackets but can't work it out. Only shuts if I put something against it.

Fridge is not cooling in Hisense dual-tech fridge freezer. Fan is working but element not getting cold. Model RF540NF4WRE.
