Just a little job putting intergrated door on correctly

The drawers of my freezer are frozen shut and all attempts to thaw have failed. I cannot remove contents, therefore, and they hqve started to cause a smell. I need a bit more of an industrial approach to this.

I've replaced my built-in fridge freezer with a Siemens KI86NHFE0 (177cm tall, freezer at bottom). The old unit had a different fridge door layout, so the existing cabinet doors no longer align. Currently only the fridge door is fitted; the freezer door is propped to one side. A previous contractor suggested lowering the appliance within its housing unit so the existing doors sit correctly.
