Remove a fridge freezer with black mould

Samsung fridge freezer is leaking water out of the front. Where the drain hole is on the inside is fully frozen up.

Door of an integrated freezer has come off the hinges, with the plastic parts broken. Looking for someone to bring new plastic parts and reattach the door
