I had a boiler leak in my kitchen which has caused some damages. The floor is the worst and will need replacing. I am looking to get laminate floor similar to what is there already. There has also been some water damage which has left marks on the wall so this will want repainting and some of the skirting boards are coming lose as well. The area will be the kitchen and a hallway. It is a one bedroom, ground floor flat.

Hi there — I need someone to remove the existing carpet in my living room and install a new floor covering (likely vinyl but possibly laminate if better value).
