I’d like the skirting boards in my home replacing and I’d like coving to be installed everywhere. My flat has two bedrooms, one reception room and a narrow hallway. Flat is approx 55sq m. Currently looking for quotes to get an idea of time and cost.

Replace previous laminate floorboards with new ones. Looking for professionalism with clean and detailed work. Possible damp surface under previous floorboards near toilet which will need to be checked and treated. Total of 8 doors within the corridor. We need the floorboards fixed and the carpet to be refitted in a small section of the hallway and the bedroom. Essentially, there was a leak in one of the pipes under the floorboards which is why we had to remove the carpet in that area and the floorboard to access the pipe. There are 3 spots where this needs to be fixed.
