Boards are plastic / composite and have the torx decking screw head which need to be removed in sequence. Original floorboards need filling the gaps, sanding - potentially also staining but tbc. There is one board that is broken so needs to be replaced Bedroom, Living room and hall. Approx 30m2

We are doing some refurbishment of our current stairs (skirting board). The skirting board will need to be sanded down, fillers done in areas that are damaged. There will be 2 floors that will need work on.

Some boards or parts of boards are split/broken and need replacing (or part replacing) in about 2-5 places. You will need to supply boards. It is not 5 full boards, more like 3 places that need part replacement and some other areas that need securing. Quite a simple job.
