Replace around 5 decking boards in my garden and paint them. Need to be cut to size

Looking to fix a few squeaks and creaks in upstairs rooms and 4 stairs. New carpets are being installed, need to fix before the carpet fitters arrive. It’s chipboard sheets, areas not that big.

Sand and clean up a small section of original floorboards ready to be stained. A few boards could do with being nailed down but mostly solid. Ideally you’d have a big sander/edger to make light work of the job

Looking for someone experienced with original wood flooring / pine floorboards to repair a damaged board in my flat in Balham. One floorboard has split and partially broken along the edge near the joint. We have replaced around 15 floorboards and they need sanding with a hand sander. We have a machine that can be used but we don’t have the time to do it ourselves.

A floor board has lifted, and we had a damp specialist come and confirmed it isn't swollen, rather it was laid poorly. We need it either fixed or replaced, along with some skirting boards reattached. We don't have any spare boards and will require you to sort that ideally.

I have a few engineered floorboards I need cut to specific sizes (of a few inched) to complete the end gaps - but I have no mitre saw. If someone is in the area and wants to pick up an hours work ?

My floor was laid three months ago, but the ground wasn’t levelled properly first. This resulted in a small dent in the flooring in a main walking area. The LVT floorboard has now cracked, unsurprisingly. I want the gap underneath levelling, and the floorboard either replacing, or the split made good.

I need to do a temporary repair on 2 floorboards in my bathroom. I want to keep the original floorboards but they have a crack. Take 100m2 of floor boards

Approx 650 square feet of Edwardian floorboards to be sanded and any gaps filled. Including stair case. Its a period maisonette. Making good where any boards are in bad nick (generally the floor is in very condition). Taking great care where there is skirting and if necessary using hand sanding close to skirting (its Edwardian original in two rooms so can't realistically be removed and replaced after sanding ). Two rooms currently have lino down which will need to be removed and the rest is all bare boards with carpets and underlay already taken up (saving for one small landing ) - however contractor will need to make the floor good and properly prep (e.g. removing latent grips if necessary) before sanding. I want a good proper and clean job done and I don't mind paying for it, but I need someone experienced who can guide him/her self.
