a coffee table has damaged 4 tiles on our vinyl floor, we ideally would like the 4 effected tiles to be removed and replaced

I’m looking for an experienced sheet vinyl installer to finish a parquet‑effect vinyl job I started… and then utterly messed up during the stencil cutting stage. I have managed to save most of it but, rather than make a bigger mess, I’d like a pro to finish. What needs doing: - Lay a 1.3m x 0.5 section of sheet vinyl and double cut with current edge and match pattern. - Fix 3 small areas where pieces need double cutting and matching. Looking for: Someone confident with sheet vinyl, double‑cut seams, and pattern matching — especially parquet designs. I have loads of offcuts that easily cover required area with needed pattern.

I need to do a temporary repair on 2 floorboards in my bathroom. I want to keep the original floorboards but they have a crack. The recommendation from the old owner - who is a builder but lives overseas, says to put a brace understand the floorboards to stablise them. He said should be relatively easy. To remove the 2 floorboards, temporarily move the toilet basin to access, brace then return The floorboards are attached with - Bullet Hole Screws The toilet has 2 screws toilet and would need to be moved, water stopped The job has to be Wednesday as I am travelling before and afterwards. I can be home all day, ideally done during the day in case we need wood from Leyland - they need to be open and they are across the road

I've got damaged LVT floor board in the kitchen. I have 4 spare planks. I’d like the worst damaged boards replaced and the others stabilised without replacing the whole floor.

I'm the owner of a second floor flat in Stoke Newington. I have an issue with some discolouration and raising of wood flooring near a balcony area (see pictures). This seems to be caused by some kind of water ingress from the outside balcony, possibly due to defective seal on the door. I need to understand what is causing the problem and a cost effective fix. It’s a one-bedroom flat with wooden laminate flooring. Currently, there are some damaged planks near the entrance that need repairing. Additionally, in the kitchen area, two wooden planks require fixing. We do not want to replace the entire flooring — only the affected areas in both locations need to be repaired. Hi there, I accidentally burnt a small section of my wooden/laminate floor (see photo attached). Taking up laminate damaged wooden flooring and replacing with new flooring. Unsure if the whole room need redoing or just the damaged areas.

Labour only, price negotiable. Sand and repair living room floor boards. Previously covered with carpet, boards are original from 1950’s. There is also a tiled area which we believe are asbestos, these will need to be removed. Boards are in mostly good condition just have paint and marks on them, some areas are chipped. 4.30m x 4.20m

I need bedroom floorboards to be neatened up and some replaced. Floor needs to be made as flat, level, firm etc within reason. Some boards or parts of boards are split/broken and need replacing (or part replacing) in about 2-5 places. You will need to supply boards. It is not 5 full boards, more like 3 places that need part replacement and some other areas that need securing. Quite a simple job.
