Find an experienced floor repair pro in London

I tripped over the lino floor and now it has raised and creaks when you walk over it. I would like someone to repair the area so that the floor is no longer raised and doesn't creak. It's just one area of the floor, in the hallway. Looking for someone with flooring/lino experience. Thank you.

Our decking is sinking down in places and we would like to use some leftover ballast from another job to fix it

We are getting new carpet in and need to fix loose floorboards before carpet fitters come to lay new underlay and carpet. One board is completely off and the surrounding floor boards (about 3-4 also feel loose-ish) need to fix these down without damaging active pipework underneath. Carpet does not need to be preserved as will be removed anyways (except carpet grippers which will need to be left in tact for new carpet)

Fix creaking floors on the normal carpeted area. All carpets will be out. Look at the wooden floor to fix creaks if possible.

The wood flooring in the victorian flat is squeaky and damaged in certain areas. I only need the damaged areas repaired, so the floor is levelled and made ready for a new floor installation (which will be done separately later)

We had a new washing machine delivered , and flooring we damaged on install..the trim at the top of the stairs needs to be reaffixed and one of the laminate boards has come unfixed at one side and needs to be fixed

I have an area of composite decking approximately 7m x 14m. The decking itself is in good condition but the subframe needs repairing/replacing as areas of the decking are sagging. I have not lifted the decking so I do not know exactly what the problem is.

Approx 15 decking boards need replacing I have boards also wood underneath decking needs replacing in places I don’t have wood for this yet Needs to be tidied up

We have a broken/loose floorboard and would like it to be fixed. It’s under the carpet so we have been able to provide a limited picture. My suggested offer is negotiable and dependant on what is actually wrong with the floorboard, and I appreciate that the carpet will need to be lifted to assess that and agree on a fee.

Fix damage decking. Banister on one side came off due to rotten wood, just wood part need replacing and we can put old banister back on. Front of decking were doors are to be replaced with new thick plywood and new doors made witg hinges from plywood. Should be max one day work and easy repair. Literally needs 4 pieces of plywood to fix the front and one piece of wood to replace the banister wood. 8 hinges for doors.

Decking on its edge starting to crack i need something to fix it. A bit high and needs temporary scaffolding or tall ladder.

As can be seen from the photos, there are scratches and discolouration both on the wooden floor and the bottom of the front door. We’d like these fixed if possible.The floor is engineered wood.

Looking for a flooring professional or carpenter to finish and repair my engineered wood floor. Several boards are loose and creak when walked on. They need re-fixing properly (nail gun or what’s appropriate). The transition/threshold area also needs completing and trimming so it’s neat and secure. Please only respond if you’ve done engineered floor repairs before.
