I want to fix one of my room doors,fire door to be specific

Fit 7 fire doors and their associated locks etc

Hang a Wickes moulded fire door in the lounge. Prep on frame has already been completed.

Install new internal fire doors x3

Fire door won’t close, unless you push the pantograph on the door upwards. It’s a safety door. Very stiff to close.

1) Replace the front fire door cold smoke seal and intumescent seal. 2)Replace current hinges with fire rated hinges. 3) adjust the gaps between door and frame 4) Replace the washing/dryer front door seal(spares are available)

Replacing internal fire door with new door 78x 30 in, ironmongery such as hinges,sash lock and handles will be supplied with the door, fitting door means complete door fitting including,hinges,sash lock and handles. There is also need to supply and fit architrave bull nose 45mm x 15 mm or 12 mm which ever size is available, only inside of the frame required architrave, 3 x 2.5meter lengths would be enough or advise, also need intumescent strip 4x10mm,this is extra cost, please quote me the total price. Need to have knowledge of fire doors and carpentry. Other on going small maintenance jobs

There are 6 fire doors that need adjusting as they are not hung right. The frames need new seals put in. One fire door needs to be installed for hot water tank room and the frame built out a bit to make room for the fire door.

Fire doors worked before carpets went in and now don't. Will need trimming and packing?

GAPS -- Failed: Ease and adjust door, Fit rebated 14mm drop down seal (Firestop) (Comment: 5mm gap head of door. 11mm gap bottom of door. there is a rebated drop down but this isn't working. replace.
