Date is flexible but need to arrange with my lodger. Repair fire door FS30S currently identified a gap of 6mm bottom, need to meet the 3mm requirements. I found out this can be done by either apply fire door seal, a lowline threshold or drop down seal whichever is applicable. I need a copy of invoice as proof of repair together with photos. Preferable someone with fire door certificate e.g. FDIS or equivalent.

Hang 4 doors with handles , 3 are fire

We would like five internal doors and one fire door fitted. We would want someone to come and visit our flat to take measurements and check condition of the door frames. On your advise we would order the doors and take the job forward. we also have free parking available.

1. Convert small arch entrance in kitchen into square finish to fit the fire door. Timber, plasterboard and plaster. 2. FD30 fire door to be fitted with door frame, 3x fire hinges, fire strips and closure hinge, architrave. 3. All woodwork to be gloss white painted.

I am looking for someone to replace 3 regular doors with fd30 firedoors into the existing frames (they are all regular sized 762x1980) The new doors have already been purchased and will need to be routed to allow for 10mm intumescent strips. We would also need to have overhead door closers and new handles and latches fitted and hinges changed to fire rated hinges. The door stops will also have to be changed. All fixtures, fittings, doorstops and doors have been purchased and are on site. These 3 doors are all on the ground floor and there is easy access to the secure garden where there is lots of space to work on the doors. Also there is the potential to discuss fitting of further doors after. I am quite flexible with the date, but would prefer the weekend of the 15/16th of February if possible.
