I have a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, open plan kitchen/living furnished flat in Earls Court of approximately 90 sq meters. Wood floors and no carpets. Floors recently oiled and chemically treated for pest control so vacuum / soft bristle sweep only except for the bathrooms. No cleaning products or water on wood floors! Bathrooms are natural stone so no harsh chemicals. Previous tenants cleaned it but not up to standard for new tenancy.
