Really easy straight forward job, would be under 2 hours. Carpet was newly fitted 11 months ago, it is still clean, it just needs a refresh for an end of tenancy as I have a miniature daschund at the property. Furniture will be removed making it quick to clean. The bathroom has been kept clean, only 1 adult living there, it is mainly the limescale residue on the glass panel on the bath for the shower.
