I need pat testing done on a lamp and some a few sets of growlights.

We’re in a flat and have an extractor fan that runs from the utility cupboard to the bathroom and kitchen (not a hood extractor fan). The other night it made a loud banging sound and the wall switch was red hot when we turned it off. It won’t come back on and feels like an electrical fault

We need the landlords electical certificate done by a certified electrician. We have a plug socket in the kitchen coming away from the wall, ideally we like the person to come and fix the plug socket then do the certificate if possible.

I need an electrical outlet attached to an outdoor light so that power can occasionally be drawn from it.

An emergency plumber visited last week and gave this report. Please give me a quotation to carry out thsse works :) Called out to investigate issue with system not operating correctly. - Upon further investigation, found that the heating expansion vessel had failed, causing the system to discharge when topped up. - The failure is due to debris build-up within the heating system, corroding the inside workings of the expansion vessel. - Also found that the combination valve to the unvented cylinder has failed and is discharging through the tundish. - A new expansion vessel, new combination valve, and a powerflush will need to be carried out to get the system operational once again.

New shower not giving hot water need checked and replaced with another to make it working hot and cold

I have two electric recliner chairs about five years old where the seats have dropped and not as firm as they were. under the chairs there appears to be some stretching on the stretch support bands but the metal main support seat base appears in tact.

Have replaced range cooker and cooker hood but curry’s aren’t qualified to fit the cooker hood. It’s a simple job - electrics and secure mounting - that needs a multi tasker to complete to a high standard . We won’t want the new hood to vibrate when on
