You will attend customer sites representing our brand, assess the air conditioning requirements, advise the customer professionally, and report clear details back to us so we can quote accurately. **Scope includes:** * Inspect existing AC units and setup * Identify unit type, make/model where possible, condition, and age * Check indoor/outdoor unit locations * Review pipework routes, drainage, power supply, isolators, and access * Advise on servicing, repair, replacement, or new installation requirements * Highlight any safety, compliance, access, or installation issues * Take clear photos and notes at each site * Provide recommendations, estimated labour time, and likely materials needed **Requirements:** * Strong practical AC/HVAC experience * Confident with split systems, multi-splits, condensers, drainage, and pipe runs * Able to speak professionally with customers * Reliable, punctual, and available at short notice * Own transport/tools preferred * F-Gas certification preferred Must be able to work discreetly on a **white-label basis**, with the customer receiving advice as if directly from our company.

I’m having an issue with hot tub electrics - it’s a built in tub so electrics connected to the house system. The tub outside has a cupboard with separate switched fused spurs/fuses for components like the blower, pump etc. Initially, whenever the blower came on it would trip the whole mains/RCD and burnt smell. We switched the blower fuse off and the hot tub then worked without the blower, but now it has started tripping the mains/RCD again even with the blower isolated. I’m concerned there may be an earth leakage fault, possibly from the heater, pump, blower, control box, or water ingress somewhere. Could you come and insulation-test the individual components/circuits and check the hot tub supply/RCD? I’ve stopped using it for now and won’t keep resetting it.
