Plumbing work required - future proof for garage conversion down the line (installing a WC and Utility in there later) but the drains are in the back to the kitchen. Macerators will be installed for this. Wickes Flat Place kitchen ordered being delivered on Tuesday. Will want new flooring laid - laminate click. Plinth heater to be installed. Electrician required to upgrade the kitchen lighting, and install spurs for extractor fan, and plinth heaters.
