Front door drainage needs looking at as a couple of internal tiles have raised, Electric gates stopped working since power cut.

1. Fix the outdoor light by replacing one and add wiring for other 2. Install roof fan 3. Add electric socket from outside to inside of the cabinet.

Not satisfied with the household electrics generally. There aren’t enough sockets in each room and existing sockets are down at low level. Light switches are behind doors making them awkward. Reliance on too many extension leads.

The old cooker extraction unit has seen better days and needs to be removed. A new unit needs to be purchased and fitted and connected to the mains (already installed) by someone who needs to ensure that the new extraction unit’s hood is 750mm from the top of the gas cooker to the bottom of the hood. and a Splashback plate to be fitted to the wall.

AEG KME56100M combi cooker/microwave microwave function not working
