Selling house so:- 1. Check dishwasher (that has never been used by us) is working and if not repair it . 2. Repair or replace small freezer door in the kitchen units 3. We have a wall mounted flat screen TV like electric fire (never used) can you check/repair it and make sure that it is working. 4. Remove plinth in front of washing machine and replace after machine repaired. Can you then give us a repair invoice and/or a certificate as we need to show our potential buyers that all appliances are working ok !

Several of our outdoor driveway lights have stopped working due to an electrical fault. I’m looking for a qualified electrician to attend, identify the fault and repair the lighting circuit where possible. The job may involve checking the outdoor light fittings, wiring and junction boxes to identify the source of the problem. This is an existing installation and the lights were previously working normally. If additional parts or more extensive work are required, this can be discussed once the fault has been identified. Install Govee Outdoor Permanent Lights on the front facia board of the house. Light length is 15 meter and I will supply the lights and all the accessories required. These are peel stick and screw lights so not much of connectors required and should be connected to a electrical junction which is also outside the house wall.
