We recently moved into the house but various radiators are not working and we would like the boiler to be looked at to be serviced. I think the system may need flushing ? We plan to do extensive works in 2-3 years so for now we would just like to get it working as best as we can. We also have a bath tap in the top bathroom which is disconnected from its fixing.

I have three cupboards (one large and two small) that need to be hung on a wall surrounding a boiler - The large cupboard will be mounted over / around a boiler, so the backing will need to be modified and the shelves cut to fit around the boiler and the pipework. It's a brick wall and Ikea cupboards which hang from a rail. I have the top rail and the fixings for that, but I would like for there to be some extra reinforcement attaching the cupboard to the wall, as I don't want to attach feet. The two smaller shelves don't need any adjustment with the backs, but will need to be fixed to the large cupboard for stability. I have some precut oak slabs (quite heavy) to fix over the top of the cupboard and to create a shelf on the (currently open) top of the small cupboard. Happy to be flexible with scheduling this.

We have a bathroom cabinet which has lights built in. It looks to be all wired in correctly. We’ve tried replacing the bulbs but it is still not working. Would also like a shaver power port installed if possible. We have also purchased a new heating system Tado, but it needs to be wired in. We had a boiler engineer round and he said it shouldn’t be too big a job.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
