The unit appears to be a Stelflow unvented hot water storage cylinder, manufactured by RM Cylinders, and fitted with an immersion heater. The system does not seem to be operating, and we need it inspected to identify the exact fault and carry out the required repair. I have a valiant gas boiler which has recently been serviced by British gas. Boiler needs repressurising but open close valves are stuck. These need opening. There is a problem with water temperature to bath. The kitchen tap is scalding but the bath water is lukewarm. The feed pipes need checking. The boiler and central heating work fine apart from these two issues. Boiler is only 5 years old. Im seeking qualified plumber with good feedback. Im Islington near Angel tube. Parking immediately outside property. Straight forward job.

Immersion heater not heating. 13A fuse replaced, still no power. Likely tripped overheat cut-out or failed element.

The pipes are assumed redundant (for many tens of years) and disconnected from the new system – engineer to check and do whatever is necessary to get the job done. Service boiler (valiant combi). i have an electric boiler, which is working fine, but i noticed it is tripping down the electric board (the switch for the heating is down); it used to happen once a month, but now its getting more frequent.

My boiler seems to be in good working order but isn’t producing and heat - I need someone to have a look at it and my settings and let me know. Both water and heating isn’t working

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
