We have a boiler which needs servicing and also has a small leak to repair. We are on Long Lane in SE1 (Borough). To be completed any time today and before 9am tomorrow.

We need a regular service for Worcester Bosch Greenstar Boiler (3 years old) as well as the gas fire in the living room to be disconnected and made safe. The fire is the only gas appliance in the house. Must be Gas Safe Registered for the relevant appliances, and carry their Gas Safe ID card.

Keston combi boiler. Hot water is working normally, but radiator heating is not. Boiler fires and runs; only one pipe leaving the boiler gets hot, radiators remain cold. Previously showed an intermittent ignition fault, now resolved. Pressure is normal. Thermostat calling for heat. Suspected stuck or partially failed diverter valve or cartridge. Boiler outer pipe condensation need help with insulation and permanent solution

Annual boiler service for Vaillant boilet installed 1 year ago along with gas certificate. And stop leakage from radiator valve pin.

Need my boiler repressurising. It's very simple and just requires two taps to be opened and closed. Does not need a plumber but can be done by anyone. The issue is the person in the house is unable to access it as you need to stand on a ladder to reach it. Ladder is provided.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
