I have removed a cupboard on the wall so a boiler man could access the boiler. The cupboard now needs putting back on the wall.

Take off kitchen cabinet over boiler and secure pipe to wall. Needs to be stuffed with kitchen paper and sealed with cement filler. Materials provided

I have a valiant gas boiler which has recently been serviced by British gas. Boiler needs repressurising but open close valves are stuck. These need opening. There is a problem with water temperature to bath. The kitchen tap is scalding but the bath water is lukewarm. The feed pipes need checking. The boiler and central heating work fine apart from these two issues. Boiler is only 5 years old. Im seeking qualified plumber with good feedback. Im Islington near Angel tube. This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
