I have an EHC Comet Combi electric boiler power control PCB that is not energising the heating elements. The boiler display shows heating demand, pump and valves operate, but there is 0 volts on all three element outputs (T2, T4, T6) relative to neutral while heating is commanded. This confirms the triac output stage on the PCB has failed. The PCB is fully removed and can be supplied loose for bench testing and repair. What I need: Component-level diagnosis Repair or replacement of the failed triac/driver section Board tested to confirm 230V outputs under load simulation Board details: Electric boiler power PCB 230V AC mains Three switched element outputs via triacs I’m based in Salford and can drop the board off locally.

I have a valiant gas boiler which has recently been serviced by British gas. Boiler needs repressurising but open close valves are stuck. These need opening. There is a problem with water temperature to bath. The kitchen tap is scalding but the bath water is lukewarm. The feed pipes need checking. The boiler and central heating work fine apart from these two issues. Boiler is only 5 years old. Im seeking qualified plumber with good feedback. Im Islington near Angel tube. There is a leakage around boiler as well as the roof in the conservatory is also leaking

Immersion heater not heating. 13A fuse replaced, still no power. Likely tripped overheat cut-out or failed element.

Sort your own parking if you need to. I do not want responses from agencies. Job: Assess two capped gas pipes, then cut down to below floorboard level and cap below boards. The pipes are assumed redundant (for many tens of years) and disconnected from the new system – engineer to check and do whatever is necessary to get the job done. Service boiler (valiant combi). My boiler seems to be in good working order but isn’t producing and heat - I need someone to have a look at it and my settings and let me know. Both water and heating isn’t working

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
