Boiler does not work, pressure reset tried, potential leak repair.

Need the bottom of a kitchen cupboard widened to access the boiler. May need to take the cupboard down to achieve this. Need to access the boiler.

The boiler in my kitchen is leaking and when I turn on my washing machine, it works and later stops and starts to blink light . It appears it has something to do with the drainage. And an overall servicing is required including the soap area needs cleaning too

Either diverter valve or / & plate heat exchanger partial blocked due to hardwater. Water pressure low. Hot water has been intermittent, radiators have been consistently hot but now going cold. Boiler is a 4 year old Main (BAXI) Eco Compact. Certified gas engineers only for this job thanks

The boiler is currently only providing lukewarm water for a few minutes before the water goes completely cold. This issue is ongoing and means there is no reliable hot water available at the property. Could someone please attend the property to inspect the boiler and carry out the necessary repairs so that it is producing hot water properly again? New boiler, has been working perfectly. Needs re-pressurise. Tried and opened the valves as instructed by manual but no water flow no water hissing. One valve a little leaking when open , needs to open the bolt check the ring and close back.

Replace old Heatrae Sadia 9kW, 180L with a new one, minimum 9kW and 100L tank, combi boiler.

This boiler is not working as it should and I was recommended to replace the heating elements. So looking for someone to do this... It's not heating water well or fast enough, it costs me insane amount of money (like summertime around £100 goes to just have hot water in the morning for one shower session). Now it provides barely warm water after 3 hours of heating water. I don't know price for this work so please do let me know how much materials and labour will cost!
