Find a professional downpipe contractor in East London

The down pipe has become separated from the guttering. I need it to be reconnected. I have noticed that no offset bends were installed in the original job where the fascia meets the wall. These will need to be installed since this is the 3rd time the down pipe has become separated.

Ensuring the soil stack meets all current building regulations. Making new, correct connections for the existing foul water pipes. Making new, correct connections for the existing rainwater/surface water pipes.

Please see the attached images of our current drainpipes - we are looking for someone to use a wire brush or an angle grinder with a wire wheel to remove all loose rust and old paint, apply a rust converter (Hammerite which we will provide), apply a metal primer (re oxide primer which we will provide) and finally paint two coats onto both drainpipes (we will provide the paint) - the drains need some TLC but it is only surface rust which we would like to be tidied up, the pipe is not leaking etc. We have ladders and scaffolding to reach the drainpipes. A gutter downpipe has detached from the gutter and wall. The joint needs to be repaired and the downpipe fixed back to the wall.

I have a 1982 cb650sc Nighthawk i have customised it currently has a 4 into 1 exhaust on it , and I would like 4 into 4 downpipes made as i will be fitting my own end cans . And am looking for quotes

Leak is where the kitchen/dishwasher/washing machine waste connects into the main waste downpipe. Leaking when water coming from kitchen. But also when waste coming down the main downpipe. In both cases a steady drip.

The diaphragm valve is leaking.

There is a leak in the gutter where it bends around the house. It's either where the gutter is joined badly or perhaps caused by rain water overflowing as the part of the gutter is too low and needs to be raised. (see photo 1 and 2) It's causing water to spill onto the window ledge above my front window and badly penetrate my wall. (see photo 3) Currently there are 4 houses connected to a single downpipe so part of a bigger solution would be to add new downpipes to each property to help distribute the water but persuading the neighbours is proving a challenge as some are in the process of selling. (see photo 4) My neighbour tried to fix the problem earlier this year by extending the height of the gutter by bolting on extra guttering which in my opinion has made a mess and hasn't fixed the issue. (see photo 5) Right now I think we need to replace the gutter on my property and add a new downpipe in the short term. The new downpipe will need to be fed along the hedge and to the flower bed to drain. (cant add additional image in air tasker)

1 x The old cast iron downpipe has been clogged with broken roofing materials and sand. This pipe runs from the upstairs floor level to the ground. A wire can go down only 40cm in length. Can you unclog it or does it need replacing? I am adding a further description: on the ground, the pipe is buried under the crazy paving and disappears. I don't know how this runs from here. You can not take out of the sludge. Therefore, I would like to request to replace this rusty old thin pipe with a new uPVC pipe within the same budget. The current pipe is approx—2.7 m in length and 6.85cm in diameter and no bend runs straight from under the gutter. Please note that uPVC pipe is preferred in black for aesthetic reasons. You will need a reducer on the pavement. Can you clear the old pipe way? Let me know if you can accept my requests. I am available from next week.

First we need to remove the current boxing in which is seriously water damaged due to a leak. Will then need to clean and treat the inside before creating a new boxing in - preferably this new boxing in will have some way of re-accessing the pipe without dismantling i.e. some kind of hinge or way to remove/unscrew one side - Due date: Flexible

Down pipe from my house has become detached half way down. It curves away from the house and drains into some nearby soil. I am not sure why it does not go into the soak away- which is next to the house. But maybe there is a reason.
