Unsure of cost so looking for detailed quote (1) Brick flashing: The flashing to the rear outrigger roof has some deterioration to the cement pointing and this requires renewal which we would like undertaken using a flexible lead sealant. (2) Brick pointing: There is some deterioration to the cement pointing and cement fillet details in the parapet walls. This is due to general weathering and this requires repointing and minor repairs. (3) Front door adjustment and glass replacement: The timber front entrance door to the subject property is a little stiff to operate and would benefit from adjustment. Furthermore, there is a small crack in one of the glazing panels which would benefit from replacement. (4) Patio door adjustment/repairs: The timber rear double doors from the living area are in a reasonable condition however there is minor timber decay noted to the base of the doors where they sit in water on the threshold. The doors catch slightly on the threshold and are therefore difficult to open and require adjustment and repairs. (5) Utility door adjustment: The UPVC rear door from the utility has a large gap between the door and the frame at the top indicating the door has dropped and is difficult to operate. This door requires adjustment. (6) Terrace door needs trim insulation and drip cover: The timber doors to the terrace are in a reasonable condition but clash slightly when operating and would benefit from adjustment. There is a small gap between the doors at the top which would benefit from installation of a trim to prevent cold air entering the property. Furthermore the doors do not have a drip cover and therefore rainwater running down the external walls is collecting on the top of the doors. We would like to have a drip cover fitted above the door doors to prevent the water entering the property and deteriorating the doors. (7) Bedroom door frame adjustment: Some adjustment work is required to one internal bedroom door as it catches on the frame.

2 tasks - I need a bedroom door cut at the base by about 3 CMS so it can fit. I then need the door for a bathroom removed and put in on the other side so it opens inwards to the bathroom rather than outwards to the bedroom.

My front door has expanded and is now really difficult to open/close

We have a sliding door used to enter our bathroom. It appears the door has come off the rails or the rails are now faulty and the door no longer slides open or closes in a smooth fashion. It still opens and closes but under force and no longer the smooth operation it was once.

I have attached the wardrobe and need the door added in. The sliding door mechanism had gotten loose so for safety reasons the door was removed. Also have attached projector screen I bought and the expansion hooks received (to mount into ceiling). I do not have assembler instructions for the wardrobe as it was assembled my company I purchased from.

Sliding wardrobe doors need fixed. The two doors don't stay in the tracks when moved.

i have 2 pocket doors that are stuck, i need this repaired, they are large and above 2m tall, i also need an architrave slightly fixed, its edge water damaged and needs slight repair. 2x stuck door images and architrave image attached.

One door has come off the track & a small square of a mirror panel has cracked

We've noticed a crack in the tile just below our door, and we think it's causing the door to jam when opening and closing. It's become quite hard to use, so we're hoping you can provide a temporary fix until we get the door replaced.

Repair to kitchen double glaze door (hinges detaching from frame) and sliding door lock not working

Volkswagen Sharan driver side passenger door sliding is broken. The door is mechanical.

We have a sliding patio door, which is two glass doors about 2x2m each. The tracker on the left hand one is sticky and the door is falling out of place and therefore heavy to close and not able to lock properly without lifting the door up.

Glass wardrobe door not sliding and needed to be fixed. Its already taken out.

The wheels on the bottom runner of my sliding shower door (Merlyn series 8) have come away from the runner, and two of the three wheels have broken completely. The door is otherwise fine - I need the bottom wheel unit to be replaced. The shower is in a relatively small bathroom as you can see from the photos.
