Balcony door repair - something dislodged in door

Pocket sliding door is tough to close. Needs fixing

We have a balcony door that is not closing properly and hinges aren't tightly screwed either and need someone to come and inspect and give us a quote for the work.

My balcony door has been affected by wood rot and so needs replacing/repairing. It would then need to be painted (I already have the paint). It's possible the whole door may need replacing but I need someone to take a look and help work out the best way forward.

The top bit of sliding door came off its track. So I just remove the entire door from it track.
