Repair the hinge on a door where the wood has rotted on the frame, and fix the wooden covering of the door entrance on the floor which keeps coming loose

My balcony door has been affected by wood rot and so needs replacing/repairing. It would then need to be painted (I already have the paint). It's possible the whole door may need replacing but I need someone to take a look and help work out the best way forward.

We are currently undertaking refurbishment works at our premises and we are looking for a professional to reinstall an existing sliding glass door onto a new wall that is being constructed. The door will be carefully removed tomorrow, and we are hoping to have it reinstalled as soon as possible—ideally by next week at the latest. I am sending photos of the door for your reference. The top bit of sliding door came off its track. So I just remove the entire door from it track.

I have some internal interwar doors (around 1920s). They have started to come apart so they aren’t square in the door anymore. I would like them repaired. They would probably need pulling apart and re-glueing?
