I need help cutting and fitting 2 roller blinds in my sons bedroom as I don’t think I’d be able to do it without messing it up

I would like to have three blinds which are currently 244cm in width cut to the following three sizes, 231.5cm, 231.5cm and 216cm. They will have a short drop of 137cm.After I would like to have the blinds installed in the conservatory, and have another blind installed which has a width of 244cm and a short drop of 137cm.
