We have the pc all plugged in, and the screen isn’t coming on. May need help with software etc

bought a new power supply , cpu , and motherboard i need my current cpu,power supply and motherboard removed and my new one installed .

we are in a 3-storey tall townhouse, all the internet cabling and router are on the ground floor inside a cupboard. We have 1 ethernet port on 1st floor living room but unsure if it is connected to provide internet, have tried plugging the router in there but doesnt seem to work. We have very poor signal and connection for the upper 2 floors, we have wifi extender plugged in on 1st floor and also 3-halo cubes (1 at the router, 1 on 1st floor and 1 on 2nd floor) wifi mesh installed but still very poor. and occasionally signal dropping out. And when more than 1 person working from home, then someone will definitely get no work done and having to go to the ground floor kitchen and work. It's new built area in Greenwich, and none of the household internet providers are available its one of these OFNL set up - contacted provider and they said they are not responsible for poor signal etc, its my deal to get electricians or whatever to come and inspect and work on til my heart content. I will provide some photos later this week to give you experts some idea of what is going on, and see if you guys can help me make improvement. The biggest issue is the house is tall, its a long way UP for any signal from the router and to go through many floors building materials. would like someone who can really make a difference in terms of improving the situation for our household.

My router is in my living room and directly above that room, on the first floor, is the office, which needs the ethernet connection. I'm not fussed on the solution as long as it's clean. I have a custom small form factor gaming PC that’s no longer posting to BIOS, and I’m unable to pinpoint which component is failing. All parts (CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, SSD) were purchased new within the last month, except for the DC-ATX power supply, which I’ve just replaced — but the issue persists. Symptoms: • System powers on (fans, lights), but no display output • Multiple known-working GPUs tested with no success • No debug LEDs or beep codes • Have already tried RAM reseating, CMOS reset, different GPU, new PSU, etc. Looking for someone experienced with custom PC builds (especially SFF/ITX systems and HDPlex-style PSUs) to help diagnose the issue — ideally in person
