We are looking to engage an experienced mobile app developer to help take an existing working web-based application and prepare it properly for iOS/iPadOS and Android deployment. Please note that the existing app, source files, branding, report structure, documentation and workflow materials are the copyright and confidential intellectual property of Action Dry Emergency Services Ltd. We are happy to discuss the general scope initially, but the full app package and handover materials will only be shared following signature of an NDA. The app is a field tool for water damage technicians, currently built as a browser-based HTML/JavaScript application. It allows users to upload or take site photographs, annotate moisture readings onto the image/canvas, record job/property details, and generate a report output. We have prepared a developer handover pack and a mobile app source package using a Capacitor-style wrapper approach. We now need an experienced developer to review, refine, test, package and guide us through the final app-store-ready build process. The developer must be able to assist with Reviewing the existing HTML/JavaScript app and mobile wrapper; Improving mobile / iPad usability, Confirming camera/photo capture works properly on iPhone, iPad and Android devices; Checking report/PDF generation / file handling; Preparing iOS / Android builds; Advising on Apple App Store / Google Play submission requirements; Ensuring permission wording, privacy disclosures and app-store compliance; Providing clear guidance on developer account, signing and release steps. This is not to be a large rebuild from scratch. The core app is already working, but we need someone who can professionally package, test and harden it for real-world field use. Please let me know if this is within your area of expertise, whether you have experience with Capacitor or similar web-to-mobile app frameworks.

We have very bad WiFi in our flat. It is the same across all of the flats in our block. We are on PlusNet, and even though I've got an extension/dongle it still doesn't reach the office or the kitchen. After installing a new printer cartridge my Epson Workforce Pro WF-4820 has stopped functioning correctly. The print quality for the black cartridge is bad. I am also unable to change the cartridges now, when open the printer it gives me a close the scanner unit error, even when the scanner lid is closed. I think the hinge for the scanner unit is loose or the sensor maybe faulty. I have enclosed a photo of the problem and a example of poor print of a black ink document

I have a three floor home and have used wifi extender system (Linksys Velop Whole Home wifi system) for 5 years but after recent building works I can’t get it to work well again.
