All WiFi devices drop connections repeatedly (phones, laptops, TVs), causing Zoom/Teams calls to cut out and web pages to buffer/delay despite seemingly strong signal. Previous attempts (self-done): Firmware updates, channel changes, RSSI tweaks, power adjustments, density warnings resolved - issue persists. Logs show no obvious WAN drops. Need on-site engineer experienced with UniFi/ Ubiquiti + Community Fibre to: Diagnose full network - Check PoE budget, cabling integrity, AP placement/overlap. Optimize radios (channels, power, band steering, fast roaming). Review UniFi console logs/events. Aim is to ensure WiFi network stable for Zoom/video streaming/internet use. Thanks. James

We have a Samsung qe50q60tau Smart TV. It will turn on for a few minutes then restarts itself, and keeps doing this over and over. From reading suggestions online, it sounds like we need to either do a software update or open the back and reset the powerboard/motherboard, however we can't get it to stay on long enough to update, and we don't trust ourselves to open the back without breaking it (there are no screws, it needs to be popped open) Please help! We have guests coming in a few weeks' time so I would like it fixed within the next week if possible. - Due date: Before Sunday, 13 March 2022
