Bed frame very heavy can’t get it up the stairs

I’m looking for a man-and-van service for a house move in September. I don’t need a full removals package — I mainly need a van and one or two people to transport the larger furniture that I can’t move myself, with dismantling and reassembly of a few specific items as noted below. I can dismantle the beds myself and will be transporting plants and some smaller items in my own car. I may also have some packed boxes to add to the van depending on the additional cost. I don’t have a confirmed moving date yet, but it will be either a Wednesday or Saturday in September. I am moving to an apartment, a van is coming with my stuff around 1:30 in the afternoon today. I have 10 moving boxes, around 10 more bags and suitcases, and one desk to be moved. There is a lift at the new place as well as stairs. The current place has one flight of stairs outside of the property to access the front door. We are moving a sofa, IKEA furniture, a rowing machine, other furniture and decor. No white good though, so no fridge or washing machine. My partner will be able to help lift, but we would ideally like 2 men to help.
