The only big pieces of furniture are a small double mattress, two chests of drawers, an aircon unit (about the same size and weight as a small chest of drawers), a desk (100 x 80 x 60 cm) and chair. It involves going down two flights of stairs at one end, and going up one flight of stairs at the other. There will be at least 1 person available to assist.
