Juan repeatedly did not respond to messages, did not turn up when he said he would and overall did a very poor job. At the end of the job he said it was much more complicated than he had been told but he did not communicate that to me earlier. We would agree how he was going to do the work and then change the plan without communicating. I refused him entry when he turned up late to finish the job. He was rude a dismissive of me as the owner.
