Floor plan and photos attached. Job includes: - Remove and dispose of existing carpet, underlay and gripper rods - Check the subfloor and level it if needed (please include this in your quote) - Supply and fit click LVP in a light oak/wood effect, straight lay - **Acoustic underlay is required by the building lease.** Please supply one suitable for flats and compatible with the LVP - Fit a threshold strip at the bedroom door and scotia/beading around the skirting - Leave the room clean Please send the LVP and underlay product names and prices for our approval before buying. We'd like a durable product (at least a 0.3mm wear layer) that's suitable for a home with a baby on the way. The room will be empty and freshly painted before you start.
