Someone keyed two panels of our car, we need to fix it

I tried to put filler and paint but it doesn’t blend well

I tried to fix the scratches by filling them with wood putty sand them and then put paint by they don’t blend properly. Before and after photos are attached for reference.

I need help in blending the paint that I put on top of a dried wood putty due to scratches on the laminated wood floors.
