Hello. We've had an issue with our Sunflex bifolding doors. A pebble got stuck in the track that we didn't realise and when trying to close the doors, it caused damage to one of the doors meaning we now can't close the main door. Ideally need someone to come out asap to fix, if possible. Based by Wandsworth Common. Thanks.

Fix bifold door in bathroom

I have two brackets screwed into a part of my sofa that are in the wrong place by a standard hand drill isn't strong enough to get them out. There are three hinges on my backdoor that leads to my terrace and the screws are coming loose on the top hinge. I need the screws tightened but am not sure how to get to them. I can provide photos if needed.

We are in the process of purchasing a property in Kentish Town, London. The survey report has come back and said that there are issues with the bifold doors in the kitchen/dining area that need repairing (paragraphs from survey included below). There are five sections (four windows and a door). We believe the issues that need addressing are: ensuring the bi-fold doors can be opened wholly, the rightmost door does not catch on the threshold/decking beneath when opened, rubber seals properly fitted/replaced (a loose rubber seal is noted to the base of the rightmost door, while some of the seals/fittings are also missing to the external facing doors). Please could you provide me with a quote as to how much you believe these works will cost to repair. The survey report stated the following: The external doors are of aluminium/metal partially glazed construction. The rear external door to the kitchen/living room is of a folding double-glazed aluminium type. At the time of inspection, the bi-fold doors could not be opened wholly, whilst the rightmost door caught on the threshold/decking beneath when opened. Furthermore, a loose rubber seal was noted to the base of the rightmost door, whilst some of the seals/fittings were also missing to the external facing door frames. Consequently, a reputable tradesperson should be appointed to carryout the necessary repairs in the short term. Condition Rating 2. - Due date: Flexible

Hinge repair on one door. Not sitting right and won’t close. Metal bracket used to try and fix it. That tightened the gap but the door needed to be raised a few millimetres to close as it is catching at the bottom. I believe you will have to fill the holes and drill new holes when dry. If you are able to fix it and it is able to close properly please offer your service. See pictures please. To be completed asap. Preferably after 16:30 pm on weekdays.
