My friends car involved in an accident. Sensors need adjustment

The battery cut out while wheel was on but not moving. After that no charging light appeared and would not charge. However when wheeled the wheel itself does not move freely and has resistance, when far left clip on motherboard is removed the wheel runs smoothly but does not turn on or charge. See photo's. On the main cable damage is visible but I don't know what is causing what or why.

I visited my car mechanic yesterday due to several dashboard faults related to the rear right wheel speed sensor. Despite replacing the sensor, the issue persisted. The mechanic suspects an electrical problem and suggested I consult an auto electrician. Could you assist with diagnosing and repairing this issue? If so, please provide a quote and inform me of your availability. The vehicle is a 2015 Ford C Max.

Honda accord 2009, car alarm is going off randomly and can’t be stopped by key fob. Alarm stops, however as soon as door is opened it starts and can’t be stopped. The alarm does eventually stop, I guess there is some timer on it. Basically need it repaired or disabled permanently.
