2004 Vespa ET4 50cc Broke down while riding I have replaced fuel tap, spark plug and fuel line to avail. When I try to start it fuel dribbles from where the tap meets the fuel line. It feels like the carb is pushing away fuel rather than taking it in.

When running the bike can’t go over about 3 revs without gurgling and slowing down, have to keep it at 2 to make it run smoothly. Also when idling the engine sounds ropey. Aswell cuts out when in low gear slowing down and when not revving at all.
