installing led lights on my car it’s a peugeot 208

Actually our car key is not responding. It doesn’t lock or unlock the door either if I try to unlock manually the security alarm start noising and it’s won’t stop. Because of the continuous sirens we can’t bring the car out from few days. I changed the car key’s battery. Could you please tell me what’s going on here?
