Adjustable bed in use when bang noise heard and head of bed dropped flat. The hand set still lights up but does not work to move the head of the bed (which is the part of the bed moving when the issue arose). The hand set will still adjust the foot of the bed up and down.

I have got a home treadmill that has developed a fault and is no longer operational. When I power it on, the display starts normally. However, when I press Start, the running belt does not move at all. I can hear the motor attempting to start for a second or two, but the belt remains stationary. The treadmill then stops and displays an E03 error.
