Celebrity standard duel motor riser recliner has stopped working and needs fixing asap

My electric recliner is stuck in upright position (footrest). I believe the motor is broken. I would be happy to even have the footrest come down so I can use it as a regular armchair.

Delonghi la specialists coffee machine is not working, with high pressure when pushing through espresso. Is not in warranty but only a couple of years old.

Two repair jobs needed Job 1 - first photo Volume control rotary potentiometer EVJ-Y15F02A24 (nearest model found https://eu.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Panasonic/EVJ-Y15F02B14?qs=WwqriLBepZulX6QrHnqNpg%3D%3D) is wobbly and cuts in and out. It needs mending or replacing. Synthesizer is a Roland JP-8080 https://www.synthxl.com/roland-jp-8080/ Job 2 - second photo Power supply wires need re-soldering internally to kettle-plug socket. I can diagnose the issue but am not experienced at electronics so am looking for someone to fix or replace it. - Due date: Flexible

My washing machine continuously allows the water inlet to run and the clothes don’t get washed any price below 50 would be alright. Any day during the week is alright thank you.
