The relay box on my current thermostat has stopped working so I have bought a new smart thermostat to replace it (see models below). Everything is working as normal other than the relay box. I would just like you to install the new thermostat as soon as possible. The thermostat I have ordered comes with a 'heating hub' which would replace our broken relay box. So the new one needs to go up the stairs and the old one be brought down which may be a bit difficult.
