Walls, doors and ceiling already white - painting to 'oatmeal' colour and stairwell to be painted sage green. All paint will be supplied. Work to be done evenings or late afternoon. 4 afternoon/evenings work. Additionally looking for a quote for external front of cafe to be painted in the spring time.

Areas to be done (approx sizes) Price excluding materials Hallway: ~1.2m x 4.0m Kitchen: ~3.5m x 2.5m Lounge: ~4.0m x 3.5m Bedroom: ~4.0m x 3.0m Ceiling height: ~2.4m Prep and protection: cover floors, mask edges, protect kitchen units where needed Make good: scrape loose areas, fill/patch, bead corners/edges as required Apply bonding/PVA where needed and skim walls + ceilings (2-coat finish) Neat work around sockets/switches and around architraves/skirting Flat finish, minimal trowel marks, ready for mist coat once dry

Victorian house with tall ceilings. Paint walls, ceilings and woodwork. X1 bedroom, kitchen, lounge, bathroom, hallway. Also remove shelf and mirror in lounge.

Need a painter for 2 small bathroom walls, touch up bathroom ceiling and paint bathroom window (upvc paint already brought) bathroom door needs sanding and painting too, plus trim around door. Airing cupboard door needs painting but only one side quick job. Touch ups required around the place a little bit, filler down the stairs on marks - all supplies can be brought in terms of paint. Hoping for someone local - though not essential.

Hi, I have 3 bedroom property which requires painting the walls. All 3 rooms and a living room. Kitchen and study room is not yet confirmed. Looking for someone with eye for detail and experienced. There will be hardly any furniture to move as the house is empty, the house has carpet, so of course that will require protecting but nothing to move, just prepping and painting.
