Repaint and clean Tudor gable (front of house) I’m looking for someone to clean and repaint the small Tudor-style gable at the front of my house (the black wooden beams and white panels above the bay window). Tasks required: • Clean the existing surfaces to remove dirt. - maybe some wood filler to do gaps and sand. • Repaint the black wooden beams with exterior black paint • Repaint the white panels between the beams with exterior white paint • Leave the area clean and tidy after the job The area is relatively small but located on the upper front of the house, so you will need a ladder and appropriate equipment to work safely. Please include preparation, painting, and clean up in your offer.

I live in a new build flat and have a small balcony. The coating on the metal railings is peeling/discoloured and needs removing and repainting. The wooden floor of the balcony also needs cleaning and some kind of paint or seal applied. Note; The mesh showing in the photos is for my cats and will be removed/reinstalled by me before and after the work is complete.
