Just a touch up in my living room

I've painted the hall and landing walls but i can't reach the very top. It's around 4.5m high. Its only 3 partial walls that need painting, but its very high so you will need a long ladder or scaffolding. Paint, rollers and brushes can be provided.

Please can someone sand down my stairs bannister, hand rails and cupboard, then paint them white carefully around the metal nobs and attachments. I want them to be a nice sleek white style with a smooth finish. Thank you
