Two rooms need painting. As the walls are currently a dark colour and will be repainted in a lighter colour, three coats of paint will most likely be required to achieve a good, even finish. The walls are in very good condition, so no major preparation or repairs are needed—just painting.

I need a loft hatch door repainted. It is located in the bathroom and the paint has all peeled. I also need and a wall section in the dining room with some black mould spots cleared off, then stain blocked and repainted. This is about an area of maybe 1.5mtr by 1mtr but is partly under a window sill and the wall to side and corner. Finally I have some broken of slats on a fence section to the front side of the property that require refixing/replacing (see photos)
