We have a Mitsubishi 2.5 kW air conditioner in our loft room which has been installed 2 years ago. The airflow is not cool enough and sometimes device flashes orange error light. It probably needs cleaning and gas recharge.

I have a Fujitsu air conditioning unit that appears to have a fault, likely with the heating function rather than the cooling side. Before committing to a replacement, I'd love someone with experience in air conditioning units (ideally Fujitsu) to come and give it a proper look. If you know your way around Fujitsu units or air con systems generally, I'd love to hear from you.

I recently purchased a ProBreeze 14,000 BTU portable air conditioner, and I’m experiencing a fault right out of the box. Upon setting it up according to the user guide, the unit immediately displays an “EF” error code* on the screen. I have followed all troubleshooting steps, including: Ensuring the unit is level and vented properly Verifying that both drain plugs are secured Attempting a soft reset by unplugging for 15 minutes Trying various mode settings (Cool, Fan, etc.) Despite this, the EF error persists*, and there is no water in the tank to drain. I believe this may be due to a faulty evaporator temperature sensor or an internal defect.

Replace current fan / ac controllers (2) and testing the system (we tested and it works fine but would benefit from expert opinion)

Looking for someone to supply and fit an 24000 split air con unit. Preferably a Daiken unit. This is for downstairs. Kitchen/diner and desperate sitting room. I would like one outdoor unit and two indoor units (one 18k and the small room 6k unit). The wall backs onto the outside wall, making it a simpler fix.

Hello Anna, Thank you for your detailed description and photos it is really helpful. My offer to empty the system, replace radiators and refill/bleed the system is £390. The third radiator does not need new valves. The top part is cold because it is full of air not water. It only needs bleeding. It will take most of the day, so this Sunday would be ideal for me, but if that does not work please advise on what day would suit you best. Kind regards, Simon

Power to the control unit not working. Before the aircon was was leaking from a pipe connected to the unit and blowing cold air. It would then turn off on its own.

The flexible duct between my extractor fan exhaust and the exhaust pipe has become disconnected and needs reaffixing Not sure if the existing flexible ducting is still good or needs to be outright replaced
