Once the cleaning and drainage checks have been completed, the unit should be tested in cooling mode for several hours to confirm that the condensate is draining correctly and that there are no further leaks from the fan coil unit. I can provide access to the property for an inspection so the exact AC capacities, pipe runs, cable runs, and installation requirements can be assessed before work commences.
