One Welsh dresser and small wall unit

Moving to Bristol (delayed till 4th May now but date TBC) 1 person small studio flat. Furniture, washing machine, boxes of stuff and some fragile stuff and mirrors which I have tried to pack myself I have no one to carry heavy items so will need 2 people to help load and unload heavy items. Bed will need reassembling too but I will get someone to help me so don't include in price. 1 flight of stairs inside property. I will try to find a space closest to the flat in Bristol the current tenant said he could give me the code and I could email the people who manage the parking which is usally just for disabled parking for the block for the van to be allowed unload. I can pay for parking if needed. The flat is lower ground floor you have to go down some stairs or use the lift. Will need to be here first thing in the morning 8am or time to load up and get to Bristol at around 2:30pm it will take about 3-4 hours to drive to Bristol and I need to go on the train and get there for 2pm to get the keys so will leave my dad to supervise loading the van. I will not be going in the van I will get the train to get there before the van because I need to take my cat on the train.
