We received a new (heavy) American fridge but the John Lewis delivery people weren't allowed to move it down a flight of 4 stairs into the kitchen. The job is to move the fridge from the living room, down the 4 stairs down to the kitchen. The doors of the fridge would have to be removed to go through the kitchen door and reassembled.
