I need help moving out of my flat. I have approximately 20 items/boxes that I need help moving from my flat to my van. It took around 20 minutes when I moved in. The building has a lift and I'll park right outside the building. I'd do it all myself but I've tweaked my back and will have to stick to the lighter items. Nothing is participially heavy, no sofas or mattresses. I'd like to do this in the morning so a 10:00 start latest, earlier is better.

John was an amazing help moving a lot of items from my flat to a van when I'd hurt my back. He arrived promtly, was very friendly and helped me load the van up efficiently to make sure everything fit. It was a huge stress relief to have John help. Thanks!
