Front of property needs drainage improvement and levelling. Ground level near the front door appears too high and may be causing poor water runoff. Looking for someone to: * Assess and improve drainage at the front entrance * Install drainage channel required (across doorway) * Lift and relay sections of existing block paving to correct levels * Reduce ground height near the property if needed * Reuse existing blocks where possible (spare bricks available) * Remove weeds and tidy finish Main concern is preventing water sitting near the property, not a full driveway replacement. Please quote for labour + materials (or separately). Open to site visit if needed.

Driveway (step): Provide temporary covering to unstable ground. Lift block paving (up to 1m2). Consolidate ground and pour concrete. Reinstate block paving. Remove associated rubbish.

We want all the gaps in all areas filled with concrete so we can paint. We have started but need help finishing. We know it not level and thats okay. For now we just want to fill the gaps and get it ready to paint. If you could also do the painting on another occasion you could also gove us a quote for this. I need 16 sandstone pavers to be concreted around a pond. Some tiles need to be cut to fit - see third photo for example. I also need 2 small plinths concreted with a tile on top (which needs to be cut to size).

We have some concrete pavers that need relaying - as the sand has washed away from underneath and they are no longer flat. We've purchased the sand so would need someone to come and lift the pavers (105 x 25 x 7cm each) and relay with new sand underneath.
